我国优秀标枪运动员投掷步技术有关环节运动学特征的研究

Study on Kinematics Character of the Relevant Link in Crossover Step of China

通过对参加第4届城市运动会(1999.西安)男女标枪比赛运动员29人次投掷步技术现场摄像的解析,并与世界优秀运动员投掷步有关环节运动学参数变化的对比分析发现,我国男子标枪运动员投掷步第1、2步躯干后倾角过大,第2～3步躯干后倾角则相对较小,以至交叉步的动作幅度受到影响;女子标枪运动员交叉步存在下肢前移幅度不够的技术问题;投掷步第4步左膝弯屈程度较大,左侧支撑无力是我国优秀标枪运动员该技术环节的共性特征。

Through film analysis, the kinematics of 29 male and female javelin throwers at the finals of 4th City Games was compared with that of the world top javelin throwers. We found that Chinese men javelin thrower made the first and second steps with an excessively gradient, which caused a relatively small variation of gradient in the second to third step. The main problem of Chinese women javelin thrower was the insufficiently lower limbs forward movement. Both men and women throwers have the same problem that their left knees bend excessively in the fourth step, thus there is not enough support to the left side of body.
