摘要
以"刚性教学计划和统一培养规格"为基本特征的传统学年制,与中国高等教育的改革和发展存在着尖锐的冲突。推行学分制改革,是要发挥学分制在制度理念、制度机制和制度功能上的优势以及制度改革的效应。在教学制度发生深刻变革的过程中,必须倡导与新的制度相适应的教育观念。
Traditional school year system characterized in firm teaching plans and unified cultivating standards conflicts fiercely with the reform and development of Chinese higher education. To practise the credit system is to utilize its advantages on sense,mechanism and function of system as well as its effect on system reform. We must advocate the educational opinion which suits to the new system in the process of profound transform in teaching system.
