摘要 在催化剂作用下,环氧树脂与多异氰酸酯反应制得棕色半透明的耐高温绝缘树脂,其温度指数大于330℃,在200℃时的体积电阻率高达2×10^(14)Ω·cm.用红外光谱分析其不同温度下反应产物的结构,根据其结构变化,推断其反应过程. Bisphenol A epoxy resin and polymethylene benzol polyisocyanate (PAPI) had been reacted at high temperature by using morpholinium derivatives or tertiary amines as cata- lysts,and a kind of brown semi-transparent hard resin was formed (as ICE resin).Its tern- perature index of thermogravimetric curve is over 330 ℃ and its volume resistivity at 200 ℃ is 2×10^(14)Ω·cm.The IR spectrum of the ICE resin shows that there are different structures for the reaction products produced at different temperatures.According to this, the process of the reaction is deduced.
