摘要
采用适宜的方法测定粉状乳化炸药与静电起电有关的相对介电常数ε_r和带电后自然放电的半衰时间t_(1/2)。在此基础上,计算出粉状乳化炸药在测试条件下的体积电阻率ρ和放电时间常数τ。在测定条件下,粉状乳化炸药ε_r=2.92,t_(1/2)分别为57720s(RH=26%)和11220s(RH=70%)。对应τ分别是83272s和16187s,ρ分别是3.22×10^(15)Ω·m和6.26×10^(14)Ω·m。在气流输送试验中,粉状乳化炸药的质量电量密度达-2.62×10^(-6)C/kg。
The relative dielectric constant εr and the half of damping time t1/2 of powder emulsion explosives, related to the electrification characteristic, have been determined by appropriate ways. And the electric-discharge time constant r and the volume resistivity p are calculated based on the results of determination. For the powder emulsion explosives on the test condition with relative humidity of 26% and 70%, εr is 2.92, t1/2 is 57720s and 11220s, r is 83272s and 16187s, p is 3.22 × 1015Ω·m and 6.26 × 1014Ω·m, respectively. The volume charge density of the powder emulsion explosives is up to - 2.62 × 10-6C/kg by the result of airflow conveying experiment .
