摘要
在各种工况条件下进行了薄壁钢筒的车削试验 ,从理论上分析了刀具—钢筒间的摩擦对系统振动及其噪声所起的重要作用 ,据此提出了控制切削加工自激振动与噪声的措施 ,实验中采用边界润滑方法 ,获得了消除钢筒车削振纹及噪声的重要结果。
The tests of turning thin steel tube are carried out in various conditions, and the important effects of the friction between cutter and steel tube acted on the system's vibration and noise are also analyzed. The measures to control the vibration and noise are brought forward accordingly. In these tests, the boundary lubrication is adopted to eliminate effectively the vibration lines and noise.
