摘要
本文从新型工业化与环境保护的关系出发,论证了环境保护在实施新型工业化战略中的地位和作用,提出了在推进新型工业化中构筑从招商引资、项目选控到集约运营全过程的环保支持系统的意见和建议。
From the relationship between new type industrialization and environmental protection,the article proves position and role of environmental protection in implementing new type industrialization strategy,raises ideas and suggestions environmental protection supporting system of structuring from atracting matchant and investment project seleeting and control to intensive menagement whole course in pushing forward new type industralization.
