摘要
三螺旋理论是继国家创新系统之后新出现的理论模型。本文较为系统地介绍三螺旋概念起源、三螺旋理论发展的主要事件,讨论了三螺旋模型的含义和主要结构类型,并与国家创新系统和其他创新理论比较,简单论述该理论在公共政策方面的指导意义。
The triple helix theory come forth after national innovation system. This paper introduce the origin of triple helix concept and main affairs in its development, discuss its meaning and structure, and simply analysis its guidance on public policy on basis of comparing with other innovation theory.
