S100B蛋白与神经系统疾病 被引量:8

摘要 S100B蛋白是一种分子量为21KD的酸性钙结合蛋白,广泛分布于中枢神经系统内。近年来随着对S100B蛋白认识的深入,关于它在神经系统疾病和损伤中的作用的报道逐渐增多。本文概述了S100B蛋白的检测方法及在脑血管病和颅脑损伤等神经系统疾病诊断和预后中的应用。
