Implication of "China Dream" in International Law

"中国梦"是植根于现代国际法的基础之上的。"中国梦"的国际法内涵十分丰富,包括遵守国际法、在对外关系中坚持和平共处五项原则、在国际交往中遵循国际合作原则以及在国际事务中发挥更大的作用等。"中国梦"的国际法外延非常宽广,涉及"海洋梦"、"航天梦"、"能源安全和应对气候变化梦"以及"全球治理梦"等。"中国梦"与现代国际法相互促进:一方面,"中国梦"的实现将推动现代国际法新规则的产生;另一方面,现代国际法有助于"中国梦"的早日实现。"中国梦"需要回应中国作用、推出中国方案,"中国梦"还应提升中国在现代国际法发展中的话语权。

"China Dream" is based on modern international law. "China Dream" not only means complying with international law,upholding the five principles of peaceful co-existence in external relation and the principle of cooperation,and playing a more important role,but also includes "Sea Dream", "Outer Space Dream", "Energy Security and Climate Change Dream" and " Global Governance Dream",etc.On one hand, "China Dream" will produce some new rules of modern international law.On the other hand,modern international law will help to realize "China Dream". "China Dream" requires that China play a greater role,present Chinese solutions and have more say in the international community.
