摘要
1954年前为我国中等专业教育创建时期。创建中等专业教育经历了接收、改造民国时期遗留的高级职业学校;确立部门管理体制和专业教育办学原则的调整整顿中等技术教育;根据经济建设的需要有条件地兴建新的学校三个过程。
Technical secondary education in China had been established before 1954. It experienced three processes: taking over and reforming the senior secondary vocational schools left over by the Public of China; establishing the technical secondary education which needed to set up new divisional management system and adjust its principle for running a school; building new schools to meet the needs of economic construction.
