新闻传播教育改革的逻辑

传播技术的发展驱动着新闻传播教育的改革,加剧了新闻传播教育工作者的焦虑,增设新媒体技术类课程、整合业务课实训流程将成为这次改革的'规定动作'。然而,技术驱动下的传媒改革实质上是对新闻传播理念的价值回归。因此,新闻传播教育改革不应重弹'技术决定论'的老调,而是要认清并遵循其自身的逻辑,即教育的规律、业界的变化、社会的需求,三者缺一不可。新传播技术和新传媒形态类课程的增加只是改革的一小部分,过度追捧新技术并单纯地增加技术课程而减少人文社科类课程,只突出技术要素而忽视教育的规律和社会对新闻传播人才的核心需求,新闻传播教育的改革就可能落入'看上去很美'的窠臼。新闻传播教育改革的着力点应包括固本与求变。固本即是在全人教育的基础上寻求专业特色,求变则是基于新媒体技术变革培养多元化传播人才。

The development of communication technology drives the reform of journalism and communication education and aggravates the anxiety of the journalism and communication educators,which seems that adding new media technology courses and integrating practical training process will be the'prescribed action'of this reform.However,the media reform driven by technology is essentially a return to the value of the news communication concept.Therefore,the reform should not replay the old tune of'technological determinism',but recognize and follow its own logic,which includes the laws of education,the changes of journalism industry and the needs of society,no one can be omitted.The increase of new communication technology and new media form courses should be only a small part,excessively pursuing new technologies and simply increasing technical courses while reducing humanities and social science courses,only highlighting technical elements while ignoring the law of education and the core social demands for professional talents,the reform may fall into the trap of'looking beautiful'.The reform should focus on solidarity and change,the solidarity is to seek professional characteristics on the basis of the holistic education,while the change is to cultivate multi-communication talents based on the new media technology.
