摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了不同Tb3+掺杂比例的莫来石发光材料,经XRD结构分析表明,材料为Al6-xTbxSi2O13固溶体(x=0.02~0.12),随着Tb3+掺杂量的增加,材料的晶格有膨胀的趋势.通过材料的激发和发射光谱研究,确定了材料的最佳组成.
Luminescent materials mullite doped with Tb^(3+) were prepared using sol-gel method. The structure analysis of XRD showed that the materials were Al_(6-x)Tb_xO_(13) solid(x=0.02-0.12) solution. With the increase of doped Tb_(3+), the lattice had a trend to expand. The materials' best form were conformed by the studies of excitation and emission spectra.
