摘要
本文根据双相钢中马氏体显微组织及相变特点,通过热力学分析,提出双相钢中马氏体相变驱动力及M_3点表达式。用膨胀仪实测了马氏体相变开始温度M_s及终了温度M_f,实测的M_s值与理论计算值符合较好。发现M_s和M_f值不仅与马氏体含碳量有关,而且随铁素体含量的增加而上升。
A theoretical expression for the driving force and M_s point of mar-tensitic transformation has been proposed. The M_s values calculated using this exp-ression are in good agreement with that obtained experimentally. It was foundthat the values of M_s and M_f are not only related to the carbon content in mar-tensite, but also to the volume fraction of ferrite.
