摘要
奥氏体不锈钢管座角焊缝(Boss焊缝)在核电管道系统得到大量应用,运行期间存在不少缺陷,目前一般采用射线检测。本文针对Boss焊缝检测中的局限性,设计了相控阵检测工艺,并在人工缺陷上验证该工艺的可靠性。在核电现场,相控阵与射线探伤结果对比表明,该相控阵检测工艺具备较好的检测效果。
Austenitic stainless steel branch pipe fillet welds(boss welds)have been widely used in nuclear power pipeline systems,and there are many defects during operation.In this paper,the phased array inspection process is designed for the limitation of inspection in boss welding seam,and the rationality of the process is verified on the artificial defects.Compared with the results of radiographic inspection,it shows that the process has good detection results.
