建设工程作为周期长、数量大的生产消费过程,其工程造价的控制应根据计价的特性,在不同的阶段,确定不同的控制重点,采取不同的事前、事中和事后控制方法,控制工程造价合理的投资范围。
The building construction is a long-term and large-volume production/ consumption process. The control of its cost should be based on the characteristices of price to determine relevant key points in different periods and take different method to control the project cost in the rational investment scope.
