实验性脾虚证平滑肌细胞VIP受体信号传导障碍 被引量:4

The signal transduction disorder of gastrointestinal motility in experimental Piqixu rats and curative effect of Six Gentlemen Decoction on VIP receptor

摘要 [目的]以血管活性肠肽 (VIP)受体为研究对象 ,在胃肠肽平滑肌细胞受体 (信号接收系统)水平测定实验性脾气虚证大鼠胃肠动力紊乱的信号传导障碍以及香砂六君子汤治疗机制。[方法]逆转录聚和酶链反应 (RT -PCR)法测定胃、空肠和降结肠的VIP两种受体VIPR1和VIPR2mRNA的分布及半定量分析。[结果]在胃窦部 ,仅有VIPR2表达。与对照组相比 ,脾气虚组VIPR2mRNA含量降低 ;治疗组VIPR2含量明显升高。在空肠和降结肠 ,各组VIPR1和VIPR2均有表达 ,各组VIPR1mRNA含量均明显高于VIPR2。脾气虚组VIPR1、VIPR2mR NA含量低于对照组 ;治疗组VIPR1、VIPR2mRNA含量明显高于自然恢复组。[结论]VIP受体在胃肠道不同部位的分布差异可能与脾气虚所致胃与肠道肠动力紊乱表现的截然不同有一定关系 。 To investigate the signal transduction disorder of gastrointestinal motility in experimental Piqixu rats and curative effect of Six Gentlemen Decoction on VIP receptor. Measuring semi_quantitatively the distribution and content of VIPR1 and VIPR2 in antrum jejunum and colon with RT_PCR.There only was the expression of VIPR2 in the gastric antrum.The content of VIPR2 mRNA descended in Pixu models, compared with the control group. The Six Gentlemen Decoction could help them return to normal. In the jejunum and descending colon, there were the expression both VIPR1 and VIPR2.The content of VIPR1 and VIPR2 mRNA was descended in Pixu models, compared with the control group. The Six Gentlemen Decoction could help them return to normal.[Conclusion]The difference of distribution of VIP receptors in gastrointestinal tract may have some effects on the different disorder of stomach and intestine in Pixu models.Meanwhile,Six Gentlemen Decoction would correct the abnormalities of VIP receptors in experimental Piqixu rats.
