摘要
应用显性致死试验方法来检测3种昆虫病毒(EpNPV、DtGV、DpCPV)对哺乳动物性细胞的致灾变性,以期全面评价3种昆虫病毒的“潜在性危害”.研究结果表明,EpNPV、DtGV、DpCPV对雄性小白鼠的生殖细胞无致突变作用,故不产生遗传性危害。
Regular dominauce lethal mutation test was used for the examination of the mutagenicity of three kinds of insect viruses (EpNPV, DtGV and DpCPV) on mammal call in order to evaluate the potential danger of these three kinds of insect viruses. The results show that EpNPV, DtGV and DpCPV have no mutagenicity on the reproductive cell of male Mus musculus albula. So we can concluded that these three kinds of insect viruses have no mutagenicity on mammal cell.
