摘要
合成了一系列稳定的聚氨酯乳液,研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)相对分子质量、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)含量等对聚氨酯乳液的影响,所合成的聚氨酯乳液与聚丙烯酸酯乳液进行室温固化后形成的复合漆膜显示了优良的综合性能。
A series of stable polyurethane emulsions have been synthesized. The effects of the relative molecular mass of polyethylene glycol and the amount of dihydroxymethyl propionic acid on the emulsion have been investigated. The polyurethane emulsion was cured by crosslinking with a polyacrylate emulsion at room temperature. The formed composite coating shows high performances.
