摘要
目的 :测定紫草涂膜剂中紫草素含量 ,以制定涂膜剂的质量标准。方法 :采用 HPL C法 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 ( 75∶ 2 5 ) ,检测波长为 5 16 nm。结果 :线性方程为 Y=1.0 12× 10 4 X- 3.6 30× 10 4 ,r=0 .9990 ,左旋紫草素在 0 .184~ 1.12μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 97.76 % ,RSD为 2 .95 % ( n=5 )。结论 :建立的方法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,重复性好。
Objective:To determine the contents of shikonin in Shikomin Film, for the control of the qualities of the preparation.Methods:Using HPLC, the mobile phase consisted methanol-water(75∶25), the detection wavelength was 516 nm.Results:The regression equation was Y =1.012×10 4 X -3.630×10 4, r =0.999 0, the average recovery was 97.76%, RSD =2.95%( n =5).Conclusion:The method was simple, quick and reproducible.
