摘要
目的探讨护理程序在无张力疝修补术健康教育中的应用效果。方法运用护理程序的4个步骤(评估、计划、实施、评价)对87例围手术期患者分术前、术后和出院3个阶段开展健康教育。结果87例患者,术后无并发症发生,无1例复发,健康知识知晓率初中以上学历者达100%,初中以下学历者则为95%。结论提高整体业务素质,有针对性地开展健康教育,保证和提高了健康教育的有效性和实效性。
Objective To explore the effectsof nursing processapplied to health education for patientswith tension-free hernio-plasty.MethodsThe nursing processwith4steps(evaluation,planning,enforcement and evaluation)wasused in the health educa-tion over87perioperative patientsbased on the three phasesof preoperation,postoperation and discharge.ResultsAmong all the patients,no complicationsand no recurrence occurred.The understanding rate among those holding schooling of over junior middle school reached100%and below junior middle school95%.Conclusion Improvement of the professional quality of all nursesand pertinent development of health education guarantee the improvement of practicability and effectiveness.
