摘要
依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略。在以前有关党的领导与依法治国关系的研究中,基本上都是研究二者的并列关系问题,其实,依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家是一项长期性、艰巨性的浩大工程,应当坚持党对依法治国的领导,才能最终实现依法治国。本文阐述了坚持党对依法治国的领导的问题,回答了为什么要坚持党对依法治国的领导以及如何坚持党的领导的问题。只有弄清楚这两个问题,才能真正坚持党对依法治国的领导,早日实现依法治国。
The rule of law is the basic strategy for Chinese people to govern the country under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party. In the previous research on the relationship between the CCP′ S leadership and the rule of law,the focus is put on the parallel relation between them.Actually, it is a huge,long-term and arduous project to contract acommunist country by rule of law.We eventually achieve it if we insist on the CCP′S leadership. This article elaborates on the standpoint of insistence on the leadership of rule of law, and replies to the questions why we must insist on it and how to do it. Only if we understand these two problems, we can genuinely insist on the CCP′S leadership of rule of law and achieve it at an early date.
