摘要
现代大型柴油机由于其效率高 ,输出功率大 ,因而应用十分广泛。所以对于大型柴油机的多种零部件进行强度和应力分析显得十分迫切。现应用激光电子散斑干涉加上相移 ,从而实现了图像处理的数字化。这一技术具有全场显示 ,非接触 ,高灵敏度 ,不用显定影等一系列特点 ,从而特别适用于柴油机零部件强度分析上。将这一技术有效的应用在油泵的变形场研究上 ,不但有效评估了油泵的结构安全性 ,还和有限元计算进行了比较 。
Today,the large diesel engine is widely used for its high efficiency and output power.As one of the main power of marine ship,many parts of the diesel engine are under high pressure and temperature.The method of E SPI is u sually applied in NDT/NDI(non-destroyed t est/inspection)on the s cene.So,if the image′s fix quantify can be carried out,it will be a useful thing for the design of diesel engine and understanding the meaning of images.This paper brings out a way of phase-shift to make image of ESPI precision quantified.At the same time,we have come to the conclusion by comparing with FEM.
