摘要
主要将知识管理的有关理论和方法应用于我国工程咨询企业,分析了工程咨询企业实施知识管理战略的重要性,论述了在工程咨询企业实施知识管理的社会化、市场化、系统化战略,建立专家网络和人才库、客户管理库、项目知识库的整体框架,从而达到提高工程咨询企业信息服务产品中知识的含量和企业的核心竞争力的目的。
In this paper,some relevant theories of knowledge management for Engineering Consulting Businesses have been discussed.The importance of the subject has also been explained.Some implementation frameworks,including establishment of expertise network,talent database,customer database,project knowledge base have been put into perspectives,with objectives of improving the quality of knowledge intensive consulting service,and thus the competitive advantages of the core business activities.
