无痛人工流产术联合米索前列醇终止早孕的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of painless artificial abortion with misoprostol for termination of early pregnancy

目的:探讨无痛人工流产术联合米索前列醇终止早孕的临床疗效。方法:收集终止早孕的孕妇260例,随机分成对照组和观察组各130例,观察组应用无痛人工流产术联合米索前列醇治疗,对照组不服药物。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血、人工流产综合征发生情况、术后阴道流血时间明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛人工流产术联合米索前列醇终止早孕疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of painless artificial abortion surgery combined with misoprostol for termination of early pregnancy.Methods:We selected 260 cases of pregnant women for termination of early pregnancy,patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 130 cases in each.The observation group was treated with painless artificial abortion and misoprostol.The control group did not take medicine.Results:In the observation group,operation time,bleeding in the middle,artificial abortion syndrome incidence,postoperative vaginal bleeding time were significantly lower than that of the control group,there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of painless artificial abortion surgery combined with misoprostol for termination of early pregnancy is significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
