摘要
目的:分析总结S形锁定钢板内固定手术治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取41例锁骨粉碎性骨折患者,采取S形锁定钢板内固定手术方法,观察患者术后肩关节功能恢复情况。结果:肩关节功能活动完全恢复患者22例,基本恢复患者16例,大部分恢复患者2例,预后不良患者1例。患者恢复优良率92.7%。结论:S形锁定钢板内固定手术治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折是适合的手术方案,其术后复位效果佳,肩关节功能活动良好,预后情况优异。
Objective:To analyze and summary the clinical effect of S shaped locking plate internal fixation surgery in the treatment of clavicular comminuted fracture.Methods:41 cases with clavicular comminuted fracture were selected.They were treated with S shaped locking plate internal fixation surgery.The postoperative shoulder joint function recovery of patients was observed.Results:The shoulder joint function activities of 22 cases were full recovery.16 cases were basically recovery.2 cases were most recovery.1 case was bad prognosis.The good rate of recovery was 92.7%.Conclusion:S shaped locking plate internal fixation surgery in the treatment of clavicular comminuted fracture is the suitable operation plan.The effect of its postoperative restoration is better.The shoulder joint function activity is good.The prognosis conditions is excellent.
