摘要 目的:分析脑梗死合并糖尿病患者血糖、血脂及预后情况。方法:2012年10月-2013年10月收治脑梗死合并糖尿病患者60例,作为观察组;另选同期非糖尿病脑梗死患者60例,作为对照组。回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料,对两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)进行分析对比。结果:两组患者的FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的疗效及预后差于单纯脑梗死患者,因此在治疗过程中应注重对糖尿病的治疗。 Objective:To analyze the glucose,lipids and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction with diabetes.Methods:60patients with cerebral infarction with diabetes were selected from October 2012 to October 2013 as the observation group.60 patients were selected with Non-diabetic cerebral infarction as the control group.the clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results: The differences of FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy and prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction with diabetes are worse than the pure cerebral infarction patients,therefore,in the course of treatment we should focus on the treatment of diabetes.
