摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理对产妇分娩方式及产后并发症的影响。方法:初产妇700例随机分为两组,对照组374例采用常规护理模式,观察组326例在常规护理的基础上实施人性化护理,比较两组产妇分娩方式、产后并发症情况。结果:观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,观察组产后并发症低于对照组。结论:人性化护理可提高产妇自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率,降低产后并发症。
Objective:To explore the influence of humanized nursing mode on the delivery mode and postpartum complications of puerperal.Methods:700 cases of primipara were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(374 cases) were given normal nursing mode,and the observation group(326 cases) were given the humanized nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.We compared the delivery mode and postpartum complications of the two groups.Results:The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group;the postpartum complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Humanistic nursing can improve the natural delivery rate and reduce the cesarean section rate and postpartum complications.
