中医中药治疗小儿多动症42例疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of 42 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

目的:分析中医中药治疗小儿多动症的临床效果。方法:1993年2月-2014年3月收治的小儿多动症42例,采用天麻钩藤饮加味配合耳穴压豆法进行治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:42例小儿多动症患者经过治疗后,显效11例,有效24例,无效7例,有效率83%;复发8例,复发率23%。结论:中医中药治疗小儿多动症疗效稳定,复发率较西药低,无不良反应,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods:42 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were selected from February 1993 to March 2014.They were given gastrodia and uncaria decoction combined with ear pressure beans method,then we observed their clinical effect.Results:After the treatment,there were 11 cases excellence among 42 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,24 cases were effective,7 cases were invalid,the efficiency was 83%;there were 8 cases recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 23%.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder has stable curative effect,the recurrence rate lower than the western medicine,and no adverse reaction,so it is worthy of clinical application.
