人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折的体会

Experience of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture

目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的治疗体会。方法:收治老年股骨颈骨折患者24例,给予人工髋关节置换术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:本组无一例发生术后并发症,术后2周内全部负重行走,术后1年髋关节功能Harris评分的优良率91.7%。结论:采用人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折,可以使患者术后早期下床活动,明显减少并发症,提高患者及家属的满意度。

Objective:To explore the treatment experience of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture.Methods:24 patients with elderly femoral neck fracture were selected.They were given artificial hip replacement treatment.The treatment effect was observed.Results:No 1 patient had postoperative complications in this group.They were all weight-bearing walking after 2 weeks.The excellent and good rate of hip function Harris score was 91.7% after postoperative 1year.Conclusion:Using artificial hip replacement in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture can make patients with postoperative early ambulation,significantly reduce the complications,and improve the satisfactions of patients and family.
