两种胆红素测定方法在生化分析仪上的比较

摘要 目的:探讨改良J-G法和钒酸盐氧化法测定血清总胆红素和直接胆红素的效果。方法:收集患者的血液标本,采用改良J-G法和钒酸盐氧化法测定血清总胆红素和直接胆红素,比较测定结果。结果:两种测定方法的测定结果无显著性差异。结论:钒酸盐氧化法与改良J-G法相比,测定直接胆红素和总胆红素具有检测范围大,抗干扰能力强等特点,更适合临床常规检测。 Objective:To investigate the effect of the modified J-G method and the vanadium oxide oxidation method for the determination of total bilirubin and direct bilirubin.Methods:Blood samples of patients were collected.Serum total bilirubin and direct bilirubin were determined by using the modified J-G method and the vanadium oxide method.We compared the results of the assay.Results:There was no significant difference between the two methods.Conclusion:Compared with the modified J-G method,the vanadium oxide oxidation method for the determination of total bilirubin and direct bilirubin had many advantages,such as large detection range,strong anti-interference ability and so on,it was more suitable for routine clinical detection.
