端粒及端粒酶与颈癌及癌前病变的关系

Progress in research about the relation between telomere, telomerase and cervical cancer,precancerous lesion

近年来 ,有关端粒和端粒酶及其与肿瘤之间关系的研究已成为各科研究的热点 ,认为人类端粒酶与恶性肿瘤的发生和发展有密切的关系 ,研究已取得了长足的进展。该文就端粒酶在宫颈癌及癌前病变方面的研究、进展情况及端粒酶活性与宫颈癌的诊断及预后的关系进行了综述。

In recent years, the research on the relations of telomere and telomerase with tumors has become a focus of study in many medical institutions. Many researches showed that telomerase is closely associated with the genesis and development of the malignant tumours. And in this field, great progress in the study have been made. In this article, we summarized main progress in studies on the roles of telomerase in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and the association of activity of telomerase with the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.
