摘要
结合教育理论研究成果及自身的教育实践,探索并提出本微格教学模式,旨在将现代教育思想、学习理论融入微格教学,为教法教师提供一个可以借鉴的理论范型,提高师资培训效率.
According to the relative research outcomes on educational theory and practice, this paper provides a microteaching model. It aims to integrate modern educational idea and learning theory into microteaching and to explore a theoretical paradigm for method teacher faculty as well as to enhance the productivity of teacher training.
