腹腔注射LPS后新生大鼠肺组织病理改变 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨LPS致新生大鼠肺损伤以至于肺出血的发病机制。方法 用LPS腹腔注射法制备新生大鼠肺损伤模型 ,观察肺组织大体病理 ,光镜和电镜改变特点。结果 大体病理改变证实了LPS可导致新生大鼠发生肺出血 ,与成年大鼠比较 ,中性粒细胞浸润较晚和肺毛细血管基膜的断裂是新生大鼠肺组织改变的特点。结论 LPS可导致新生大鼠发生肺出血的动物模型 ,可能为新生儿肺出血的研究提供新的途径。 Objective To investigate the pathophysiology of acute lung injury in newborn rats induced by lipopolysaccharide. Methods The changes of lung pathology in newborn rats was observed under microscope and transmission microscope after LPS was injected intraperitoneally. Results Pulmonary hemorrhage was observed in newborn rats injected with LPS. The pathology in newborn rats was characterized by the disruption of capillary basement membrane and later filtration of white blood cells, different from the changes of lung damaged induced by LPS in adult rats. Conclusion The animal model of pulmonary hemorrhage in newborn rats induce by LPS will be helpful for the research of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage.
