人类命运共同体形成的基本条件探析

On the Basic Conditions for the Formation of a Community of Shared future for Mankind

'构建人类命运共同体'的理论构想和实践正逐步得到国际社会的认同,但距离这一共同体的最终形成仍有很长的路程。如何创造条件推动其践行和发展,已成为当务之急。根据习近平总书记的有关论述和马克思、恩格斯的社会共同体思想,结合国际国内当前实际,人类命运共同体的形成应当具备四个基本条件:人类的整体利益或安全面临重大的挑战和威胁;共同的利益和价值目标的形成;共同的行为规范与行为准则的建立;众望所归、积极主动的提倡者、推动者和主导者。

The theoretical concept and practice of'building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind'have gained increasing recognition in the international community,though we still have a long way to go before such a community takes form.Thus,it is imperative to explore ways to create the right conditions to promote its practice and development.According to Comrade Xi Jinping’s relevant statements and Marx and Engels’thought on social community,and in the light of domestic and international realities,we believe that the following four basic conditions must be in place before a Community of Shared Future for Mankind can be formed:mankind’s overall interests or security of face serious challenges or threats;mankind’s common interests and value goals have taken form;common codes and principles of conduct are in place;and there are globally respected personages championing and advancing the cause.
