摘要
习得性无助感是指在青少年成长过程中可能出现的一种心理障碍。本文对习得性无助感的发现及研究作了介绍,并结合在实际教学工作中的体会提出了学校和家庭环境中习得性无助感的防治对策,从归因训练和自我效能感的培养两方面提出了治疗对策。
Learned helplessness is a psychological barrier in the process of the growing of some children.This essay introduces the discovery of learned helplessness and the research on it.Combining with the author's experience in teaching,the author put forth the methods of preventing and curing to learned helplessness,the treatments is also put forth from two different ways.
