Optimizing the business environment is of great significance to the revitalization of Northeast China.The content of business environment can be divided into Ideological concept,market environment,government affairs environment,rule of law environment and social environment.There is room for improvement in these specific environments in Northeast China.Therefore,in order to optimize the business environment in Northeast China,we should emancipate our minds,broaden the thinking of economic and social development in Northeast China,improve it by strengthening market supervision,creating a business-friendly market environment,transforming government functions and creating a pragmatic and efficient government environment.
