摘要
采用IBA和ABT_1等外源激素溶液浸泡金丝小枣嫩枝基部,其生根率分别达77.1％和75.0％,插穗处理后扦插在塑棚内的基质插床上,塑棚内气温控制在25～30℃,空气相对湿度控制在80％～90％,光强控制在2～3万Lx。当年生根数可达10条以上,最长的根可达35厘米。
Adopting ectohormone solution of IBA and ABT1 to dip the basal shoots of JIN SI jujube tree,the rootability is up to 77. 1％ and 75. 0％ respectively. After treatment vutting sare planted on the substrate under plastic shed. Temperature in the sted is controled to 25~30℃. Relative humidity of air is 80％～90％. Light intensity is 20000～3000Lux. Root numder is over ten in that year. The longest root reach to 30cm long.
