The Ancient Tower Stands Loftily and the New Rhyme of Pipa Vibrates Smoothly——The Planning and Design of the Pazhou Tower Park in Guangzhou

琶洲塔公园是广州国际会展中心的三大配套公园之一,琶洲塔等历史文物及众多遗迹,使其公园的定位有所不同,该规划设计力图在强调“琶韵新晖”的现代体育休闲公园的同时,展现其特有的历史内涵和魅力。

The Pazhou Tower Park is one of the three supporting parks in the Area of the Guangzhou International Exposition Center. Its status is different with other surrounding parks because of its ancient Pazhou Tower and many historical relics. This planning and design tries to emphasize a modern sportive park which has a 'new rhyme of Pipa', and at the same time, to show its particular historical content and charming.
