自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)尿6-keto-PFG_(1α)、TXB_2排出的观察 被引量:1

摘要 本文对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和Wistar大鼠的血压,尿量,尿钠、钾,尿中排出6-keto-PGF_(1α)、TXB_2进行了观察研究。结果表明8~9周龄(2.92±1.08pg vs 2.05±0.2pg,P<0.01)。反映出PGI_2合成的增高可能对早期高血压具有防御代偿作用。在15~16周龄的SHR,随周龄、血压的增长,尿6-keto-PGF_(1α),TXB_2排出较8~9周龄组显著增高(P<0.01)。显示TXA_3合成占优势,PGI_2防御代偿能力减弱,提示T/P比值变化对血压调节作用远较PGI_2、TXA_2单纯变化更为重要。 The blood pressure, urinary volume, sodium, potassium, 6-keto-PGF_(1α), TXB_2 andPRA, ATII were studied in spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) and Wistar rats.The urinary 6-keto-PGF_(1α) of 8~9 week SHR were significantly increased than thecontrol (2.92±1.08pg vs 2.05±0.2pg P<0.01). This showed the defensive and comp-ensatory effects of prostacyclin in early phase of hypertension. The study showed the blood pressure of 15~16 week SHR were signigicantlyincreased than those of 8~9 week ones. Concomitant with age and blood pressurechanges the urinary TXB_2 was significantly increased as well as the urinary 6-keto-PGF_(1α), (P<0.01). The results suggested that TXA_2 synthesis in SHR had a dominantposition. The T/P ratio was also increased. The changes of T/P ratio seemed to bemore important than single changes of PGI_2 and TXA_2 in the regulation of hyperte-nsion.
