摘要
本文的目的是对近年来教育领域中的自我效能感研究进行综述。笔者在查阅了国内外大量文献的基础上 ,对自我效能理论背景 ,教师的自我效能信念和学生的自我效能信念对学生学业成就的影响 ,以及学业自我效能的性别差异进行了阐述。
The purpose of this article is to review the studies of self-efficacy beliefs in educadtional field in recent years.On the basis of lots literature,findings on the relationship between the efficacy beliefs of teachers,the efficacy beliefs of students,and academic performances are summarized.Findings on gender differences on academic self-efficacy are discussed too.Last,strategies to guide future research and the practical implications that flow from the findings we present are offered.
