摘要
通过对缩聚、纺丝及后加工工艺的优化调整,在50t/d连续缩聚直纺线上开发出该种产品。选择在酯化Ⅱ加入第三、四组分,控制熔体特性黏度0.60dL/g左右,纺丝温度280~290℃,纺丝速度1300m/min,环吹温度23~26℃,拉伸槽温:30~65℃,三拉伸蒸汽压力:1.5~1.7MPa,拉伸比:3.1×1.10,紧张热定型压力:1.5~1.6MPa,卷曲温度为80℃,产品生产成本低,质量稳定。
Through the optimization adjustment on the polymerization,spinning and after processing processes,the cationic dyeable polyester staple fiber was developed on the 50 t/d continuous polymerization direct spinning production line.The third and fourth components were selected to be feeded at the esterficationⅡ,the intrinsic viscosity of the melt was controlled around 0.60 dL/g,the spinning temperature was 280~290 ℃,the spinning speed was (1 300m/min,)the cyclic quench air temperature was 23~26 ℃,the draw pan temperature was 30~65 ℃,the third drawing steam pressure was 1.5~1.7 MPa,the draw ratio was 3.1×1.10,the tension setting pressure was 1.5~1.6 MPa,the crimping temperature was 80 ℃,the production cost was low,the quality was steady.
