摘要
斜航式法向圆弧锥齿轮是基于Bertrand共轭曲面原理而研制的一种新的锥齿轮传动形式。其特点为承载能力高 ,且十分便于采用指状或盘状铣刀在普通机床上进行成型法加工。为了验证这种传动副设计及加工的正确性 ,提出一种基于三坐标测量机的数据测量与误差评定方法。其原理是根据建立的数学模型 ,对三坐标机上测出的锥齿轮廓面的坐标点集进行有效数据的提取 ,进而获得理想要素 ,并分离出齿形带与齿向带数据 ,经处理得到其齿形与齿向误差信息。通过对样件的实际检测 。
As a new type transmission pair, Normal Circular arc spiral bevel gears based on Bertrand conjugation curve principle has many good characters, such as high loading ability and convenience for machining. In order to measure its tooth profile error, the method based on the Three-coordinate Measurement Instrument is put forward. According to the mathematics model, the tooth profile and orientation strip dates can be separated from the coordinate data, and the error can be obtained. This method is verified by the measurement of some workpieces.
