摘要
论述蓝宝石中Fe2+和Ti4+离子的扩散系数及其对扩散处理改色工艺的影响。根据实测泰国扩散处理蓝宝石样品的扩散层厚度和处理工艺条件,计算了Fe2+和Ti4+致色离子在蓝宝石中的扩散系数。实验表明,致色离子扩散系数对蓝宝石扩散处理改色工艺的制定具有重要的指导意义。
The diffusion coefficients of Fe2+ and Ti4+ and their influence on the process of diffusion treatment of sapphire are discussed. According to the thickness of the diffusion layer and the process of the diffusiontreated sapphire from Thailand, the diffusion coefficients of the Fe+2 and Ti4+ are computed. Experiment shows that diffusion coefficient of the colouration ion is important in working out the diffusion process.
