糖肾安对糖尿病大鼠糖基化产物形成和氧化应激的抑制作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :研究中草药复方糖肾安对糖基化产物形成和氧化应激的抑制作用。方法 :给链脲佐菌素诱发的糖尿病大鼠胃管灌服糖肾安 ( 6g· kg-1 ) 8周后 ,检查血清、肾脏糖基化产物及红细胞、肾脏抗氧化酶活性以及脂质过氧化物含量。结果 :与对照组大鼠比较 ,糖尿病大鼠血清果糖胺含量、肾脏 5 -羟甲基糠醛 ( 5 - HMF)释放量及肾组织糖基化终产物 ( AGEs)含量均明显升高 ,经糖肾安处理 8周后 ,这 3项指标均明显降低。糖尿病大鼠红细胞过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)活性、谷胱甘肽 ( GSH)含量以及肾组织超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)和 CAT活性均较对照组明显降低 ,糖肾安可使这些指标显著升高。糖肾安能明显降低糖尿病大鼠已升高的红细胞、肾组织和尿液丙二醛 ( MDA)含量。结论 Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effects of Tangshen′an(TSA) on formation of glycation products and oxidative stress in diabetic rats. Methods: After TSA was administrated by gavage to streptozotocin induced diabetic rats for 8 weeks, the levels of glycation products in serum and kidney as well as activities of anti oxidative enzymes in erythrocytes and in kidney were determined. Results: As compared with controls, the level of serum fructosamine, the amount of liberated 5 HMF and AGEs contents in kidney of diabetic rats were obviously increased, these parameters were markedly reduced by TSA administration. The CAT activity and GSH content in diabetic erythrocytes, as well as CAT and SOD activities in diabetic renal tissue were significantly decreased, TSA treatment elevated these parameters. The increased MDA contents in erythrocytes, kidney and urine were markedly reduced in TSA treated diabetic rats. Conclusion:Tangshen′an exhibits inhibitory effects on formation of glycation products and oxidative stress in diabetic rats.
