摘要
关键绩效指标是对公司运作过程中实现战略的关键成功要素的提炼和归纳,是把公司战略目标分解为可运作的远景目标和量化指标的有效工具。将KPI方法运用于量化管理,不仅能够提高量化管理的效率,而且能够确保公司战略目标的实现。运用KPI方法进行量化管理一般包括公司价值链分析、定义 关键绩效领域、确定战略性流程、设计流程指标和职能级指标、构建指标逻辑和KPI指标属性测试等程序。
Key performance indicators (KPI) derive from the abstraction and induction of critical success factors for strategic implementation, and the KPI approach is a valid method to decompose firm抯 strategic intentions into operational objectives and quantitative indicators. Using KPI approach in quantitative management can not only raise its efficiency, but also ensure the implementation of firm抯 strategic objectives. The application of KPI approach in quantitative management is composed of such steps as analyzing the firms value chain, defining the key performance areas, deciding strategic processes, designing process indicators and functional indicators, establishing indicator logics, and testing KPI features.
