摘要
文章从防腐蚀涂装的寿命设计出发,介绍了相应的防腐蚀涂层厚度及防腐蚀涂层配套要求,指出涂 层使用年限主要从锈蚀等级,底漆附着力,涂层质量和涂膜厚度4个方面来保证。例举了环氧玻璃鳞片对多 种涂料的应用配套实例。
The requirement of thickness of corrosion - resistant coatings and associated system of coating are introduced based upon the design service life. The operating life of the coatings can be ensured by appropriate corrosion resisting grading, cohesion of prime coat, coating quality and coating thickness. Case study of application of epoxy glass flake coating etc is presented.
