摘要
学前教育男生毕业后就业方向变动较大,少数从事幼儿教育事业的男生跳槽现象严重,本文针对学前教育专业男生就业意向不稳定因素进行深入调查研究以及针对学前教育专业男生的具体情况提出解决策略,以期提高就业率,降低就业变动率,稳定幼儿教育事业中男性工作人员的比重,从而促进学前儿童的人格全面发展。
The orientation of employment of male students in pre-school education varies greatly after graduation,A small number of male students engaged in early childhood education job hopping phenomenon is serious.This paper makes a deep investigation and Research on the unstable factors of the employment intention of male students in preschool education,and aiming at the specific situation of the male students in pre-school education,the author puts forward the solving strategies,By stabilizing the proportion of male workers in early childhood education,it will promote the all-round development of kindergarten children’s personality!
