专业教师参与德育教育情况的调查与思考——以攀枝花学院为例

Investigation and reflections on professional teachers participating in moral education——Taking Panzhihua College for example

对攀枝花学院专业教师参与学生德育教育的情况进行了调查研究。制订了专业教师参与德育教育情况调查方案,从专业教师参与德育工作的必要性、实施情况及效果三方面开展了问卷调查。调查结果表明,专业教师参与德育教育十分必要并已取得积极效果,但目前专业教师参与德育教育的现状不够乐观,仍然存在诸多问题。从思想引导、学生评教及教师党员发挥作用三方面给出了解决问题的建议。

We chose college teachers and students as case study and the investigation program about professional teachers participating in moral education was developed. The investigation was carried out from three ways of the necessity,implementation and effects of teachers participating in moral education participation. The findings showed that the need for professional teachers involved in moral education was highly recognized by college teachers and students,which could have a positive effect on students,but there were many problems in professional teachers participating in moral education. We put forward some suggestions about ideological guidance,teaching evaluation and teachers who are CPC member play leading role in moral education to improve professional teachers' active participation in moral education.
