微信公众号对骨质疏松症腰椎压缩性骨折患者运动训练依从性的影响

Effects of Orthopedics We Chat Public Number on the Exercise Training Compliance of Patients with Osteoporosis and Lumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture after Discharge from the Perspective of Exercise Health

目的:分析运动健康视角下骨科微信公众号对骨质疏松症(OP)腰椎压缩性骨折(VCF)患者的影响。方法:将128例OP并VCF患者采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例。对照组常规干预,观察组在此基础上增加运动健康视角下的微信公众号干预。比较两组出院后运动训练依从性,患者自我效能,干预前、干预3个月后评估疾病认知程度、生活质量。结果:干预3月后,两组运动训练依从性调查量表、OSE、OKT、ECOS-16得分均高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组增幅大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运动健康视角下骨科微信公众号干预在提高OP并VCF患者运动训练依从性、自我效能、疾病知识水平和生活质量方面均有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the effects of orthopedics WeChat public number on the exercise training compliance after discharge of patients with osteoporosis(OP)and lumbar vertebral compression fracture(VCF)from the perspective of exercise health.Methods:128 patients with OP and VCF were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method(each n=64).Control group was given routine intervention,and observation group was added with WeChat public number intervention from the perspective of exercise health on this basis.The exercise training compliance after discharge and patients'self-efficacy were compared between the two groups,and the disease cognition degree and quality of life were evaluated before intervention and after 3 months of intervention.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the scores of exercise training compliance survey,OSE,OKT and ECOS-16 in the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the increases in observation group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthopedics WeChat public number intervention from the perspective of exercise health has positive effects on improving the exercise training compliance,self-efficacy,disease knowledge level and quality of life of patients with OP and VCF.
