云南省保山市公共场所从业人员健康状况及其影响因素分析 被引量:10

A study on health status and influencing factors among service workers in public places in Baoshan City of Yunnan Province

摘要 目的开展保山市公共场所从业人员的健康状况调查和健康相关影响因素分析,为今后有针对性地开展公共场所从业人员健康促进工作提供科学依据。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法于2016年10~12月对保山市隆阳区公共场所从业人员进行问卷调查,采用非条件Logistic回归方法分析从业人员健康状况影响因素。结果共计调查30家公共场所118名从业人员,最近一个月自我认定健康者占61.86%(73/118),不健康者占38.14%(45/118);从业人员健康知识知晓率为50.85%(60/118)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:每天工作时间≥12 h(OR=8.70,95%CI=2.11~35.80)、工作环境潮湿(OR=30.68,95%CI=3.14~299.70)、有病媒生物(苍蝇、老鼠、蚊子及蟑螂)(OR=35.76,95%CI=3.47~368.92)是影响公共场所从业人员健康的危害因素,但对健康知识的认知(OR=0.31,95%CI=0.11~0.89)是公共场所从业人员健康的保护因素。结论公共场所从业人员健康知识知晓率较低,今后应加强工作人员健康教育知识宣传和改善工作人员每天工作时间、工作环境,以减少健康危害因素对公共场所从业人员的影响。 Objective To conduct the health status survey and pertinent influencing factors among service workers in the public places in Baoshan,and provide scientific evidences for improving the service quality of public places.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of employees in public places in Longyang District of Baoshan City from October to December 2016.Unconditional logistic regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of employees’ health status.Results A total of 118 service workers in 30 public places were involved.Among them,self-defined health workers accounted for 61.86%(73/118),and unhealthy workers accounted for 38.14%(45/118).The awareness rate was 50.85%(60/118).Multiple regression results showed the length of daily working time≥12 h(OR = 8.70,95% CI = 2.11~35.80),the working environmental moist(OR = 30.68,95% CI = 3.14 ~ 299.70),and there are vector organisms(flies,rats,mosquitoes and cockroaches)(OR = 35.76,95% CI = 3.47~368.92) were risk factors for the health status of service workers in public places.But the awareness rate(OR = 0.31,95% CI = 0.11~0.89) was the protecting factors for the health status of service workers.Conclusion The awareness rate of health knowledge among service workers in public places is low,and the health education should be strengthened,at the same time,the length of working time,working environment should be considered to be optimized.
